- It can take up to 1 hour (normally around 15 mins) before our system recognises your payment and lets you into the group. Please be patient and read the Onboarding page in the meantime.
- You will receive an email with a link to set your Password. Please do this now. Usernames can be edited in the My Account area.
- We will share signals through the My Paid Signals tab in the Menu. You will also get an email notification each time Lisa shares a new signal. Please check your Spam and make sure [email protected] is added to your whitelist. There’s an option to get a desktop push notification too – this option is on the Signals page when the group opens up to you.
